Rashid is a Certified Professional Contracts & Claims Specialist including procurement & tendering and Commercial Arbitrator with over 35+ years of oil and gas industry experience.  Rashid had been contracts and project management expert with Mobil, Dodsal and Aramco since 1980. He is an experienced Contracts & Claims Manager, Project Manager who designs and delivers training programmes globally with particular attention to the GCC and India region. He has varied experience in upstream and downstream management of oil, gas, engineering and building contracts with experience in the development, implementation process of full life cycle of contracts management including procurement/tendering, contracts administration, pre-construction, construction and post-construction systems, project management, claims management and procedures. Rashid’s live project exposures are always included in Course Contents of his tutoring materials. He works in many fields including both accredited and non-accredited courses for example:

He possesses diversified experience of 15 years in the field of Construction, Claims, Arbitration and Project Management & implementation in India and Abroad.

During his career period, he has gained experience in Project Management, Contracts Management, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. He is an expert in managing various Pre and post contract issues including assisting clients in commercial dispute settlement through Negotiation, Arbitration and Litigation. He also provides support to legal team in arbitration and Litigation. He possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

During his path of career, he had handled various projects in India and oversees valuing up to US Dollars 50 million as a leading stakeholder in project/management team. Mr. Saheer Inamdar is a Post Graduate in Marketing & Sales and has been functioning as a Manager – Document Management Specialist.

Mr. Samin Shaikh is responsible for planning, managing and evaluating an organization’s programs and providing recommendations to ensure they are effective and efficient in a Construction project. ANGEL JAIN (ENGINEERING CONSULTANT)

A graduate in Engineering with post graduate in Strategic Planning & Consulting from UK with around 10 years of experience, she is managing dispute resolution and litigation function on pan India basis. Reviewing, revising and negotiating changes to contracts including bid agreement, joint venture agreement, memorandum of understanding and service agreement from the legal perspective. Coordinating with the team in matters related to potential legal, financial and reputational risks arising from civil and criminal disputes and litigations.
